The data. Maturity Desk compiles public records from the NYC Department of Finance’s Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), published on NYC Open Data. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of New York.

Estimates, not facts. Maturity dates are estimated from each document’s date and an assumed loan term. They are not taken from the loan documents. Loans may have different terms, may have been extended, refinanced or satisfied, and records may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

No advice. Nothing on this site is investment, credit, legal or tax advice.

Your use. Your subscription is for your own firm’s internal use. Don’t resell or republish the data set. If you contact borrowers, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and New York telemarketing rules.

Billing. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the Billing button in the desk; access continues through the paid period.

Liability. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.
