How the estimate works

ACRIS doesn’t publish maturity dates. We back into them from recorded mortgages on standard commercial terms — then hand you the document so you can confirm the stated maturity yourself.

Questions

How accurate are the maturity dates?
They’re estimates from the origination date and an assumed 5, 7 or 10-year term. The actual maturity is stated in the recorded mortgage — every row links straight to it on ACRIS. Treat this as a screen, not a verified fact.
Could a loan already be paid off?
Yes. A loan may have been refinanced, satisfied or extended since it was recorded. Check the property’s later ACRIS activity before acting on a row.
Do you include owner contact info?
No. You get the borrowing entity as recorded. Most are single-purpose LLCs; finding principals is up to you.
Who is this for?
Lenders sourcing refinance volume, note and debt buyers, investors tracking distress, and analysts sizing the NYC maturity wall.
